McDonald’s launches new Family Box with Despicable Me 3 orientated campaign

McDonald’s is promoting its new Despicable Me 3 Family Box and potato minions in a new ‘Macca’s Made for Family’ campaign.

The 30-second commercial features a little boy who wears his Despicable Me minion costume everywhere, whilst playing soccer, jumping on the trampoline, posing in school photos, going to sleep and venturing to McDonald’s.

The video uses the tagline ‘Made for sharing, made for family’ while the little boy refuses to change out of his life-size minion costume.

The $26.95 Family Box includes two big and two small burgers, four drinks, fries, McNuggets and new potato minions.

‘Macca’s Made for Family’ campaign also includes a 15-second video which details what is in the Family Box as it celebrates the recent launch of Despicable Me 3 which is in cinemas now.
