Media In Action has appointed Serafina Angeli as head of branding and publicity and Daren Polo as head of performance, respectively.

Media In Action, a boutique integrated marketing agency, has announced two key senior appointments as it prepares for its next phase of growth. Serafina Angeli has been named head of branding & publicity, and Daren Polo appointed head of performance.
The announcement follows founder and director Mia Vicary’s recent recognition in B&T’s 30 Under 30 awards in the Entrepreneur category, acknowledging her leadership in building a blended media model that strategically bridges creativity with commercial results.
Media In Action is also entering a new era of innovation through its collaboration with AI consultancy firm AI2Easy. The partnership enhances human creativity by introducing an “agency brain” that learns from client feedback, streamlines workflows, and strengthens reporting – freeing up more time for strategic thinking and sharper storytelling.
Angeli will lead the agency’s Earned division, overseeing PR, influencer marketing and branding. She brings a strong background in fashion, beauty, hospitality and wellness, with a keen focus on culture-led communications. Polo will head the performance division, managing paid social media, SEM and SEO with an insight-driven approach designed to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
