Megan Hales leaves The Palace for BWM

BWM has hired The Campaign Palace digital strategist Megan Hales to head up strategy for its digital activities across both its Melbourne and Sydney offices.

The job – national head of digital strategy and planning – is a new role.

Hales, who will be based in Sydney, joins with a brief to better integrate campaigns with digital channels. She will work closely with Shaun Branagan, who was appointed as creative director for digital innovation earlier this month.

BWM Group CEO, Paul Williams, said: “The creation of this new position comes following continued growth across the board at BWM especially in Melbourne.”

Before The Palace, Hales had stints at Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney and Hyro. She also worked in the UK at agencies including HDM Total Communications Agency, Abbot Mead Vickers BBDO, Joshua and Executive Studio.
