Melbourne comms training startup Lumin expands to UK with appointment of Elen Clement
Comms training platform Lumin has appointed former CHE Proximity Melbourne account manager Elen Clement to lead its UK operation.
The Melbourne start-up was launched by communications agency, Think HQ last March and has been running with the support of the RE Ross Trust and Wheelton Philanthropy.
“There are so many organisations who are doing great work, but don’t have the funds to work with a communications agency. Lumin is for those organisations,” said Jen Sharpe, founder of Lumin.
“I’m blown away that Lumin is now in two continents. It goes to show there’s global demand for quality communications training for the not-for-profit sector.”
Clement said she was delighted to bring Lumin to London.
“I heard about Lumin when I was in Melbourne and immediately identified with the need to give not-for-profits access to quality training from communicators who understand their sector.”
