Midori appoints Reborn to develop digital strategy

Japanese beverage giant Suntory has appointed Reborn to develop a digital and social strategy for its Midori brand, which is fronted by celebrity Kim Kardashian.

Reborn has started work on the launch phase of the Midori brand website, and is now developing a social strategy.

Reborn was formed 10 months ago following the merger of two agencies – Lighthouse Interactive and the V Project – into one, and has since launched a specialist lifestyle website network called Lifestyle Media Group.

The agency recently appointed Sphere Public Relations to handle its PR.

Midori’s brand manager, Maria Teresa Jones, said: “We met with Reborn as we were reviewing our current digital agency and felt we needed a fresh new approach for our brand. They brought great insights and strategic thinking to the table while their genuine excitement for the brand definitely helped in our decision making process.”
