Mitchells appoints head of client services

Mitchell and Partners in Melbourne has brought former employee Shaun Briggs back to the agency as head of client services commencing this week.

The announcement:

Mitchell & Partners Melbourne has lured Shaun Briggs back to the agency, appointing the former Mitchells employee to the newly created role of Head of Client Services.

Shaun will work with key Mitchells clients on business planning and will work closely with the leadership team in ensuring best in breed strategy and implementation is delivered across the agency.

Shaun is also charged with encouraging integration; ensuring that Mitchells is leveraging the full services of the Aegis group to maximise the opportunity for clients consistently across the Mitchells business.

The hire is a testament to Mitchells’ commitment to ensuring that they are delivering a product and service that is befitting to their clients’ needs, at a time when the agency is growing at a rapid pace, evolving its offer as an agency and continuing to develop its leadership team.

Shaun re-joins Mitchells after a five year stint as a senior business lead at Mediacom.

Shaun starts at Mitchells this week and is based in Melbourne.
