Monash University launches five part documentary series ‘A Different Lens’
Monash University Melbourne has launched a five-part documentary series ‘A Different Lens’ to showcase the university’s range and depth of knowledge.
Created by Y&R Melbourne, the series features Monash University lecturers, tutors and leaders discussing pressing world issues including Donald Trump, brain changes, disease and machines.
Caroline Knowles, Monash University director of campaign management, said the series allows Monash University to discuss different global issues from different perspectives to show the breadth of experience and insight both staff and students are exposed to.
The episode discuss neuroethics, populism, terrorism and sustainability.
James Wills, creative director at Y&R Melbourne, said in a statement: “The world’s most pressing issues deserve more than a news headline or quick soundbite. A Different Lens provides an insight into how the brightest minds at Monash understand these issues and relate them to the future of industry and society.”
