Moraitis Group rebrands

Moraitis Group has today announced a rebrand and logo which were created by their internal marketing team.

The announcement:

Fresh produce farmers and distributors, Moraitis Group, has unveiled new branding to herald the business’ firm focus on innovation, excellence and a deep commitment to its guiding values. Famed for its high quality fresh produce, industry-leading product innovation and passion for enduring customer relationships, Moraitis Group is set to be just as famous for its dedication to integrity, respect and responsibility – now appropriately, front and centre in its logo.

It’s the latest step in the transformation of the nation’s largest vertically-integrated fruit and vegetable business, following the purchase of a 70 per cent stake in the company earlier this year by a group of investors led by the diversified global conglomerate, Chevalier International Holdings.

Moraitis Group CEO Jeffrey Jackson said the new branding signals a “fresh approach” that includes a strong commitment to its core values and its tradition of excellence.

“Moraitis Group has a long and passionate history of delivering Australian produce for almost 60 years and while we’re proud of this history, the business is now moving towards new horizons with world-class opportunities to innovate and invest,” Mr Jackson explained.

“The implementation of the branding is a real step-change for us and reflects the investment by Chevalier and our strategic focus to further integrate our business divisions while continuing to serve our communities according to our values.”

The business will still be known as Moraitis Group, with the organisation’s separate divisions continuing to trade under their respective business names.

Moraitis Group supplies approximately 350,000 tonnes of food to Australian retailers and consumers every year and employs over 700 staff nationwide.
