Mumbrella360 session submissions due 3 February

Industry session submissions for Mumbrella360, Australia’s largest media and marketing conference, will close on Friday 3 February. This means there is just one more day to ensure session ideas are considered for inclusion.

Mumbrella360 will take place from 18-20 July at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney with six streams of content. The event regularly attracts 2,500 delegates and hosts a number of international speakers whose only Australian conference appearance will be at Mumbrella360.

Just under six months out, this year’s speaker line up already boasts senior industry leaders the likes of Tourism Fiji CEO Brent Hill, Dreamchaser Entertainment founders Hugh Marks (former CEO of Nine Entertainment Co) and Carl Fennessey (co-founder of Endemol Shine), BBC Studios head of licensing and branding Kate O’Connor and more.

Submitting a session is the industry’s opportunity to take part in Mumbrella360 on stage. Each year the majority of the program consists of industry curated sessions.

Competition for sessions is stiff, with five times more submissions than there are sessions usually received.

Successful session submissions often consist of exclusive research, international speakers, unique presentation ideas, interactive presentations and other executions that make them stand out.

While submissions only need to be short (a couple of hundred words is acceptable), they must display a clear reason why Mumbrella360 delegates would want to attend the session when they have up to five other choices on other stages.

Previously now Huge CEO Matt Baxter challenged those who disagreed with his Mumbrella360 keynote to hurl tomatoes at him

Submissions can be made for standard sessions or for masterclass sessions which are ‘how to’ based sessions that are more interactive.

Successful session submitters will be able to present the session as they wish and will receive session passes to invite clients, colleagues and friends to attend their particular session.
