Network Ten appoints Rod Prosser
Rod Prosser has been drafted into the role of general sales manager for Network Ten’s Queensland branch.

Network Ten today announced the appointment of Rod Prosser as General Sales Manager –Queensland.
Mr Prosser joins Network Ten on 30 August 2010, reporting to joint national sales manager Kylie Rogers. His appointment follows Richard Hunwick’s decision to leave Network Ten in late 2010 and allows a period of handover to Rod.
Mr Prosser was most recently with PBL Media as Group Business Manager, responsible for creating commercial opportunities across the PBL Media assets including Nine Network, ACPMagazines, ninemsn and Ticketek. He was previously National Group Sales Director for the Mass Weekly Titles division of ACP Magazines and, prior to that, held a range of sales management roles with the Nine Network, including Group Sales Manager.
Announcing the appointment, Ms Rogers said: “We are delighted to welcome Rod, a highly experienced media executive with an unmistakable passion for our sector.” “Rod brings considerable recent experience in integration and multi-platform sales management to his new role at Network Ten,” Ms Rogers said.
“I also extend my thanks to Richard, whose contribution over the past seven years at Network Ten is sincerely appreciated and, on behalf of the team nationally, I wish him continued success in his next move,” Ms Rogers said.
Mr Prosser said: “I’m excited to be joining Network Ten and I look forward to heading the Network’s sales team in the vibrant Brisbane market.”
