New ad agency March One launches

Two creatives and an account director have launched a new ad agency, March One.

Russel Moverley, Ben Coverdale and Greg Bechly met while working at retail agency Dynamix and have launched March One with foundation clients Studio and World Movies, both subscription TV channels.

The agency will handle the channels’ day-to-day off-air concepts and executions.

The team have been involved in work with Fox 8, Arena, Fox Sports and The Lifestyle Channel, whose promotion for Grand Designs Australia won Best On-Air Program Promotion and Best Off-Air Program Promotion at this year’s ASTRAs.

The trio have also worked with brands including Stella Artois, Budweiser, Hyundai and Tourism Queensland.

Creative director Ben Coverdale said: “Agencies often pitch ideas to clients knowing that the client doesn’t have the budget or the time to produce the work. We aim to take those ideas the client actually wants, and use them as a catalyst for our ideas.”
