Nicole Lennox Gray steps up at Whybin\TBWA\Tequila

Nicole Lennox Gray has been promoted to GM of Whybin\TBWA\Tequila Melbourne, the agency announced today.

Nicole Lennox_Gray_Whybin TBWA Tequila mumbrella9 July 2010, Australia: Nicole Lennox Gray has been appointed General Manager of Whybin\ TBWA\ Tequila Melbourne – bringing a vast breadth of creative agency experience to the senior role.

As General Manager, Nicole will focus on the continued development of the digital offering, as Tequila goes from strength to strength in Melbourne. In addition, an integral part of the new role will include building on TBWA client relationships on an international scale.

After three years at Whybin managing MARS, Pacific Brands and her role in the appointment of the Tourism Tasmania account, Nicole has been promoted from her former role as Group Account Director.

Agency Managing Director, Andrew Scott, said he is delighted to announce the promotion of Nicole Lennox Gray.

“We look forward to Nicole taking on this new role, looking after our growing team at Whybin\TBWA\Tequila. In her new role as General Manager she will be the lynchpin of the agency, maintaining the standard of our exceptional offering and ability to retain clients as well as bring in new accounts.”

Former General Manager at Whybin\TBWA\Tequila Melbourne, David Clements, will assume the position of Business Director having held the position for over a decade.

Nicole brings over 15 years experience in the advertising industry working in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. She has worked for a myriad of high profile brands including Tourism Victoria, Pedigree, Whiskas, Cadbury Schweppes, McDonald’s, Virgin Blue, Tourism Tasmania as well as the Scottish Tourism Board, United Kingdom Train Operating Companies, Victorian and Federal Government, Cancer Council and The City of Perth.

Nicole played an integral role in the execution of the Tourism Victoria ‘You’ll love every piece of Victoria’ campaign. During this time she launched the Yarra Valley “Run Rabbit Run” and Melbourne “Red Thread” campaigns – which helped establish Victoria as Australia’s romantic and cultural destination.
