Nine wins Sunday night while new look Weekend Sunrise wins breakfast after 24 hour delay

Sunday’s TV was dominated by Nine, with the network scoring the top rating three shows of the night.

Underbelly Razor pulled in 1.449m viewers, according to overnight metro ratings from OzTam. This was followed by 60 Minutes with 1.414m viewers and Frozen Planet with 1.282m.

Seven’s best performer was Sunday Night with 1.207m while Wild Boys delivered a relatively disappointing 907,000.

Ten’s Junior Masterchef was the network’s best performer with 820,000 viewers.

After a disastrous technology failure took the relaunch of Weekend Sunrise off the air on Saturday, Sunday’s effort beat Weekend Today by 313,000 to 281,000. However, there were mixed results across the states. In Sydney the two shows were a dead heat on 83,000 viewers  each. Weekend Today won in Melbourne by 87,000 to 74,000; and in Adelaide by 32,000 to 30,000. Sunrise won Brisbane by 84,000 to 52,000 and Perth by 42,000 to 27,000.
