Nine’s 20 to One and Britain’s Got Talent shed viewers

Channel Nine’s 20 to One reboot, hosted by radio personalities Fitzy and Wippa, drew a metro audience of 645,000 at 7:30pm, down from last week’s premiere which drew 715,000 in last night’s ratings.

The countdown program was competing with the evening’s two most popular non-news shows which aired in the same time slot: Ten’s Masterchef, which pulled a metro audience of 1.069m, and Seven’s House Rules with and audience of 1.016m.

Nine’s Britain’s Got Talent shed even more of its audience, pulling 624,000 at 8:30pm down from last week’s 759,000.

In the news stakes Seven won the evening with the 6pm news and 6:30pm Today Tonight program pulling 1.236m and 1.139m respectively, the most-watched programs of the night. Nine’s 6pm and 6:30 programs attracted 1.087 and 1.052m metro viewers.

The popularity of their news and House Rules programs snagged channel Seven the largest audience share of the night at 20.3%, followed by Ten at 18.6%, and Nine at 16.8%.
