Nine’s RBT most watched non-news program while Seven wins the night
Nine’s RBT was the most-watched non news program of the night, as the non-ratings period continued to bite with just one show pulling an audience above one million viewers.
RBT, which aired at 7:30pm, saw 736,000 viewers tuning in, gaining traction from last week’s 602,000. It was also top of the 25-54 demographic.
Airing at the same time, Seven’s double-header of repeats of The Big Bang Theory managed 460,000 and 502,000 respectively, although that second episode was top among the 16-39 and 18-49 demos.
Ten’s All Star Family Feud repeat saw 394,000, down from last weeks 490,000, according to OzTAM’s overnight metro ratings.
ABC’s Back Roads, airing at 8:00pm, lost viewers from last week’s 715,000, managing 673,000 viewers last night.
In the 6:00pm news battle Seven won the night again with 1.011m viewers while Nine saw 860,000 tune in. At 6.30pm Seven’s Today Tonight saw 1.004m.
In the 7:00pm time slot Nine’s A Current Affair obtained 754,000 while Ten’s The Project at 7:00pm managed 567,000.
In overall audience share Seven won the evening with 19.5% while Nine was just behind on 18.3%, ABC managed 13.5%, while Ten had 10.5% and SBS with 3.7%.
