Nova 106.9 becomes official radio partner for Brisbane Bullets ahead of 2020’s NBL season
Brisbane radio station Nova 106.9 will be the official radio partner for basketball team the Brisbane Bullets ahead of the 2019/20 NBL season.

The Brisbane Bullets have announced that Brisbane’s leading radio station, Nova 106.9, will be the club’s official radio partner for #NBL20.
The club’s new owner, Kevin Martin, joined Ash, Kip, Luttsy and Susie O’Neill on Brisbane’s No.1 rating breakfast program to make the announcement.
Nova 106.9 will have a strong presence at Bullets home games with major activations and fan engagement activities planned.
Bullets Chief Commercial and Operating Officer Robert Donaghue says it is a significant announcement with the two iconic brands linking for the first time.
“Nova 106.9 know sport and have shown this for many years through their partnership with other Brisbane sporting teams.
“We’re thrilled that Nova 106.9 has identified the Bullets as their team of choice for the summer sporting period and can’t wait to explore the content and activation opportunities that the Nova Brisbane team are known for.
“Our players are big fans of Ash, Kip, Luttsy and Susie and are already planning how they can test the breakfast team’s skills on our home court,” Donaghue said.
The Bullets plan to put on the best show in Brisbane with fans to encounter a game-day engagement experience like never before.
“Nova will play a huge part in our game day experience and as we move to a new venue this season, the Nova audience will help make our stadium a fortress,” Donaghue said.
