The announcement:

Nova 106.9FM confirmed the appointment of a new Executive Breakfast Producer today.

Adam Waldock will join the dmg Radio Australia family in November and produce Ash, Kip & Luttsy – Brisbane’s highest rating FM breakfast show.

Nova 106.6FM Program Director, Jay Walkerden, said Adam brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record of success to the role.

“Nova has always been about finding and nurturing the best people in the business so we are thrilled to welcome Adam to the dmg family,” Walkerden said.

“Adam’s comprehensive skills and experience makes this a strong appointment for our team and Ash, Kip and Luttsy are looking forward to introducing Adam to our listeners,” Walkerden said.

Adam commenced his career in radio with the Austereo network, initially in the role of client marketing coordinator, and then producing the B105 Morning Crew with Jamie Dunn, Ian Skippen and Penny Cooper; the leading Brisbane breakfast show of that time.

Adam left the Austereo network after several years to take up a position with Channel Nine Brisbane, initially as a senior researcher on an award-winning children’s television program, and for the past five years, as the station’s Promotions Manager, where he was responsible for implementing key marketing and communication strategies and overseeing events and the station’s impressive sponsorship portfolio.

Adam Waldock will start with the Nova network on November 4.
