Nova shares the love in new multi-platform marketing campaign

Nova Entertainment will launch a new multi-platform marketing campaign this weekend, showcasing the station’s on-air talent in Sydney.

The high impact campaign will promote Nova 96.9’s strong and consistent on-air lineup, and focus on the station’s music offering and dedication to live entertainment.

Nova 96.9’s talent will be highlighted in the new campaign

The new TVC will be an evolution on the Love Nova series, featuring a number of the station’s stars including Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald and Michael “Wippa” Wipfli, Kate Ritchie, Tim Blackwell, Marty Sheargold (or, Kate, Tim and Marty), and Kent ‘Smallzy’ Small, alongside some international music talent.

For the first time, Miley Cyrus, the Black Eyed Peas, Amy Shark and Guy Sebastian will appear in the campaign, alongside returning artists Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Shawn Mendes and Chris Martin.

The campaign will run across free to air (FTV), out of home (OOH), an array of digital sites, social and cinema.

The Fitzy & Wippa breakfast show, Smallzy’s morning and evening programming and Kate, Tim & Marty’s drive show, which has held the position as the number on national drive show for 22 consecutive surveys, will all feature in the OOH campaign, alongside promotions for Nova’s authority on music and entertainment.

For the first time, the Fitzy & Wippa creative will feature the broader on-air team, Matt De Groot (news journalist), Sarah McGilvray and executive producer Tom Ivey, to visually represent the team listeners hear.

Paul Jackson, NOVA Entertainment’s chief programming and marketing officer said, “The continued involvement of the world’s biggest artists in Nova’s marketing campaign, reinforces Nova as the number one music network in Australia. Combined with our consistent and leading on-air line ups, and significant media investment, we are committing to delivering our audience the best on-air experience.”

Nova 96.9’s new marketing campaign launches Sunday 27 October.
