Novated Lease Australia welcomes new CMO

A leading provider of novated leasing services in Australia has welcomed a new chief marketing officer.

Novated Leases Australia has appointed Natalie Ashes to the role, as she joins after five years with ecommerce business Grays.

She joined Grays in 2018 as head of marketing and ecommerce, and in 2021 moved into the chief digital officer role. Prior to that, Ashes spent time at IAG, , and Wiliam.

In her new role, Ashes will lead the brand’s marketing team, focusing on enhancing its position as the top novated lease provider in the country, and will work towards its goal of originating $500 million in novated leases annually.

“Novated Lease Australia and its incredible team are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and value to its customers, and I can’t wait to start,” she said of her appointment.

“As chief marketing officer, I’m looking forward to helping NLA expand its digital capabilities to help build a seamless leasing marketplace that meets the evolving car leasing needs of Australians.”

CEO of Novated Lease Australia, Bevan Guest, described Ashes as the “perfect CMO” to help the company achieve the aforementioned goals.
