It also leads the world in areas such as fire investigation and compartment fire behaviour training. FRNSW remains ready to deal with major emergencies and natural disasters in partnership with the other NSW emergency services.

FRNSW is active in the community, working with partner agencies and with industry to promote community safety and to support and assist disadvantaged and vulnerable communities. Through better engagement with communities, we seek to enhance our focus on prevention and early intervention strategies, increase opportunities for people to look after their own neighbourhoods and environments and together provide a higher quality service to support safer, stronger communities.

It is through FRNSW extensive Community Engagement Program that is currently seeking expressions of interest from like-minded organisations and companies to become sponsors of their varied Community Service Communications Program to prevent, educate and reach NSW households at a grass roots level.

Opportunities available include becoming the Principal Partner – with extensive benefits across our entire portfolio. Other opportunities include becoming a Major Partner of various programs such as Youth, Diversity and Ageing and Disability.

There is also the opportunity to become a Program Partner of our Home Fire Safety Check, Working Smoke Alarm Campaign, Winter Fire Safety Campaign, Open Day or to sponsor the Recovery Kit available on every fire vehicle in the state for victims of fire.

FRNSW organisation, and their brand, enjoys the attributes of being respected, professional, trustworthy and caring. The unique and symbiotic opportunities between FRNSW and its sponsorship partners will make a real and tangible difference to the audiences they reach, including the ability of FRNSW to communicate Fire Safe messages, and importantly to the sponsor for alignment with their marketing and business objectives.
