Nunn Media picks up media account for Radio Rentals SA

Nunn Media has won the media account for electronic retailer Radio Rentals South Australia.

The independent media agency has picked up the account – which includes three brands: Radio Rentals South Australia, Queensland’s RT Edwards and the new brand gedd!t in New South Wales – from MEC Adelaide.

Nunn Media will handle the company’s planning and buying duties.

Radio Rentals SA managing director Nick Palmer said Nunn Media’s retail expertise and its highly rated analytical and digital capacity were the main reasons for the move.

“Radio Rentals SA is expanding into New South Wales and along the eastern seaboard, and Nunn’s retail and digital expertise is a perfect fit, after years of great service from MEC,” he said.

“This is an exciting time for our company, and a business with a track record that includes national retailers such as Spotlight, Anaconda, Fantastic Furniture, Carpet Court and RSEA is one we are happy to partner with.”

According to a release from Nunn Media, the account is worth about $6m.

The win follows on from Nunn Media picking up the accounts for clothes giant Levi’s, Petstock and home care company RDNS.
