Ogilvy wins Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre

Advertising agency Ogilvy Melbourne has won the account for the  Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC).  

The announcement:

Melbourne, November 16, 2010: Ogilvy Group Melbourne’s pattern of business growth continues, today announcing it has been appointed by the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC).

Work begins immediately on the account which was won following an open tender in August this year, and cements the Group’s expertise in promoting great Melbourne brands. As part of the win, Ogilvy will provide a complete integrated offering, from creative advertising, direct and digital on an ongoing basis Ogilvy Group Melbourne’s Business Director Nick Muncaster said the win was “a continued demonstration of our strong integrated capabilities and comprehensive understanding of the local market”.

“This win represents another opportunity to continue to work with great iconic Melbourne brands,” he said. “The MCEC is an outstanding Melbourne institution and we’re thrilled to be part of the team.”
