Omnicom brings US-based specialist language agency maslansky + partners to Australia
Omnicom Group is launching one of its US-based communications agencies specialising in the effective use of language maslansky + partners in Australia.
Leading maslansky + partners’ Asia Pacific operations from Sydney is the former VP of the US agency, David Baynham.
Baynham has relocated to Sydney from New York to lead the agency as its managing director across the Asia Pacific region.
Omnicom’s maslansky + partners positions itself as a communications firm specialising in the effective use of language and has offerings which includes research, training, consulting, speaking, storytelling and content.
The new Australian-based agency joins Omnicom Australia’s other PR firms which includes Eleven PR, Mango Communications and FleishmanHillard.
In the US, maslansky + partners has worked with brands including McDonald’s, Shell, PepsiCo, Unilever, Microsoft, HSBC and Johnson & Johnson.
“Our business is built on our philosophy that ‘it’s not what you say that matters, it’s what your audience hears’.
“Today it is more important than ever for companies to be careful about what they say and how they say it. We have developed highly specialised techniques to help our clients on their most complex, controversial, and critical language challenges.
“We are excited to offer these services in Australia, along with providing an APAC base for our global clients,” Baynham said in a statement.
