Online retailer Kogan.com strikes frequent flyer deal with Qantas

Online store Kogan.com has become the latest retailer to team up with Qantas Frequent Flyer.

The announcement:

14 April 2015 – Australia’s biggest online store, Kogan.com, has partnered with Qantas Frequent Flyer, to allow Australian shoppers to earn Qantas Points while shopping online.

The partnership between the Australian brands allows shoppers to earn Qantas Points on each purchase made at Kogan.com.

Qantas Points can then be redeemed on flights, upgrades, or thousands of other products and services, such as hotels, wine and travel insurance.

Ruslan Kogan, Founder and CEO of Kogan.com said that Kogan.com was always looking for new ways to provide unbeatable value, and reward loyal customers.

“It’s a pleasure to partner with Qantas Frequent Flyer. Millions of Australians enjoy the benefits of the most extensive loyalty program in the country and Kogan is excited to be a part of that,” he said.

Qantas Loyalty CEO Lesley Grant said the Qantas Frequent Flyer program had evolved considerably in recent years and today includes thousands of opportunities to earn points for activities other than flying.

“We know our members like the convenience of online shopping so we’re delighted to partner with Kogan.com to give members more options to earn Qantas Points when shopping online.

“From buying groceries, using your credit card, dining out, enjoying a glass of wine, playing golf, through to shopping online, you really can earn Qantas Points as part of your normal day-to-day activities,” Ms. Grant said.
