Ooh Media adds Christmas bow to traditional billboards in Crown Lager campaign
Ooh Media is launching a Christmas campaign for Crown Lager on its traditional billboards with two special builds featuring a three dimensional Christmas bow.
The latest campaign for Carlton & United Breweries urges beer drinkers to celebrate a Crown Christmas.
The Christmas bow is attached to two large billboards at Milperra, New South Wales and Essendon, Victoria and will remain attached for two weeks before being removed to reveal new creative.
Brian Phan, brand director of premium and craft at CUB, said the company created the billboard to remind consumers to celebrate Christmas with a Crown Lager.
Noel Cook, Ooh group director of road, said the campaign aims to push the role of classic billboards in today’s media landscape.
“The classic, large format billboard delivers authenticity, fame and ownership. They are renowned for the creativity of special builds, the depth of coverage to audience and their ability for advertisers to hit the right audience on mass,” Cook said.
The campaign will run until Christmas day across Ooh’s national classic billboard network and digital screens as well as large Evoke screens in major shopping centres in NSW and VIC.
