Oracle hunts for new public relations agency
Global computer software company Oracle is on the look out for a new public relations agency in Australia, Mumbrella understands.
It is expected incumbent agency Bass PR will not be participating in the pitch process.
Other clients of Bass PR include technology companies such as CyberArk, EnviroSuite, Ooyala, Promapp and Zscaler.
Oracle is also advertising for a new internal PR and communications director to “drive a fully integrated communications agenda to build, promote and protect Oracle’s brand and reputation across the Asia Pacific region as well as working closely with both the head of Japan and head of EMEA positions”, according to the job advertisement on my.jobs.
A spokesperson from Oracle said the successful applicant will work alongside any external public relations agencies employed by the company.
Both Bass PR and Oracle have declined to comment.
