Origin Energy: reduce your impact on the planet without costing the earth

DDB Melbourne has unveiled a new TV campaign for Origin Energy to promote how the company is helping Australians go green.

Origin launched a competition called the Origin Sustainability Drive to challenge communities to band together to win a prize of up to $1 million worth of energy efficient technology.

The campaign also has an online and print component (provided by the agency without branding).

Linda French, Origin’s brand and communications manager, said: “The response to the competition – 36,495 nominations and nearly 9,000 very creative entries – proved what we suspected; that Australians have a real hunger to both reduce their energy bills and their impact on the planet.”
