Peter Viner to leave Ten board

Ten’s former CEO Peter Viner is to leave the board, the company has announced.  

The company issued a statement saying:

Ten Network Holdings Limited today announced that Peter Viner will resign as a Director of the Company, effective 1 May 2011.

Ten Holdings Chairman, Brian Long, paid tribute to Mr Viner’s important contribution to the Company over many years, first, as Chief Executive Officer of The Ten Group Pty Limited from 1993 to 1997 and, subsequently, as a Director of Ten Holdings from 1998.
