APN Outdoor’s former sales boss Phil Eastwood has joined rival firm oOh! Media as national commercial director of sales.
His appointment follows the retirement earlier this month of oOh!’s commercial director Ian Woods.
Meanwhile, Peter Whitehead has been named oOh’s national sales director. He was previously in charge of oOh!’s airport media assets. He also spent five years as Melbourne sales director at Austereo.
Both will report in to CEO Brendon Cook. He said: “We are confident that through our market leadership, coupled with our great team of sales professionals and our unique capability to connect advertisers with growing audiences while they are away-from-home, we will continue to drive the overall growth of the industry.”
