Porsche names DDB Melbourne as creative agency

Porsche Cars Australia has appointed DDB Melbourne as its creative agency.

The announcement:

Porsche Cars Australia (PCA) has appointed DDB Melbourne as its new creative agency following a competitive pitch supported by Trinity P3.

DDB Melbourne will lead a creative and integrated marketing communications strategy to continue to assert Porsche as the leading sports car brand in Australia.

PCA Director of Marketing Toni Andreevski said the insights and bold attitude of the team at DDB Melbourne will be fundamental to driving the Porsche brand.

“We are delighted to be partnering with DDB Melbourne as we look to engage the next generation of Porsche owners and continue to embrace our longstanding loyal customers,” said Mr. Andreevski.

“It’s a very exciting time of growth for Porsche and we need a strong, innovative creative partner to help us continue to deliver results. The team at DDB Melbourne led by David Brown and Darren Spiller are an excellent fit with our business and bring a strong understanding of the passion and vision of the Porsche brand.”

DDB Melbourne will work closely with Porsche’s local media agency, PHD Melbourne.

DDB Melbourne will be responsible for all integrated marketing communications from September 01, 2015. The Ross Partnership was the incumbent creative agency.
