PPR appoints Simone Wajon as experiential lead

PPR has appointed Simone Wajon to lead the agency’s delivery of events, experiential and activations and James Kozanecki as a senior account manager.

The announcement:

PPR has welcomed two new senior hires, with event and brand experience producer Simone Wajon, and video gaming industry veteran James Kozanecki joining the award winning agency.

Simone is an experienced senior producer of events and content and leads PPR’s delivery of events, experiential and activations.

Starting her career in film production before moving into events, Simone has extensive experience working on large brand experiences for clients across the drinks, motor, technology and gaming sectors. This has included developing creative concepts, management and production of events for the likes of The Star, Subaru, CUB, Dell and others.

“Simone brings unrivalled industry experience to her role at PPR and has already made an immediate impact across our national network in delivering innovative brand experiences that will create real change for our clients across the retail, consumer, tech and corporate space,” said PPR Chief Operating Officer Michael Pooley.

James Kozanecki has joined PPR as a Senior Account Manager working across the agency’s gaming and consumer technology portfolio which includes Dell, Alienware, 2K Games and Wargaming.

James started his career as a journalist and social media community manager for CBS Interactive and most recently has been working as a games and technology specialist for a variety of leading games publishers and consumer technology brands including Razer, Elgato Gaming, and RTX Australia.

“With over a decade of experience in the sector, James has deep connections within the tech and gaming industry and has further strengthened our existing team who continue to deliver global leading, multi-channel campaigns that are creating cut-through and increased market share for our growing portfolio of clients in this sector,” added Michael Pooley.
