Publicis Sapient hires Kristi Erickson as global chief talent officer

Publicis Sapient has hired Kristi Erickson as global chief talent officer.

Erickson has previously served in various roles at Accenture for 25 years, from 1985 to 2011, including as executive director of human resources, in which she led the HR strategy for 100,000 people globally. Most recently, Erickson was the founder and managing director of Mosaic Talent.

Erickson has more than 30 years’ of experience working with C-suite executives to develop and attract talent.
