Indie tech company PubMatic has announced a new marketing director for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region this week.

Laura Greally has been confirmed for the position, having previously held a number of leadership positions at high-profile companies including CNN International, BBC Worldwide, IAB Southeast Asia and India and Thunderdome Marketing.

As well as heading up PubMatic’s marketing strategies across digital and paid media, Greally will be tasked with managing the marketing teams in both northern and southern APAC and leading the company’s participation at industry events.

She will report to Vice President of international marketing, Emily Yri.

“We are delighted to welcome Laura to the team,” Yri said.

“Her comprehensive experience in strategic marketing and extensive knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem will be instrumental in driving PubMatic’s continued growth and innovation across the APAC region.”

Greally added: “I’m thrilled to join PubMatic at such an exciting time for the APAC digital advertising market.

“With the dynamic evolution of programmatic advertising and increasing opportunities across media formats, I look forward to driving impactful marketing campaigns that further establish PubMatic as a leader in this space.”
