QMS has announced the hire of Jemma Enright to lead its new City of Sydney media offering.

Enright, formerly Uno Home Loans chief customer officer, will join QMS from 24 May as the general manager of its new digital offering for the City of Sydney.

The City of Sydney awarded its street furniture and advertising contract to QMS in June of 2020 after a two-and-a-half-year tender process.

QMS chief customer officer Mark Fairhurst said he is “thrilled” to have Enright lead the new digital offering, and added that her hire would bring the capabilities required to launch the new digital media and communications network.

“As a digital and data led business, I am thrilled to have Jemma lead our brand-new digital offering for the City of Sydney.

“With over 20 years’ experience Jemma is an accomplished agency strategist, marketer and business entrepreneur and her innate knowledge of what both agencies and advertisers are looking for in today’s media world makes her the perfect choice to lead our future-ready, premium City of Sydney network.”

Enright has also previously worked at on-car outdoor advertising company Wrappli, banking provider 86 400, personal finance platform MoneyBrilliant as well as media owners Nine and SBS.

She added: “I could not be more excited to join the QMS team to deliver a revitalised and digitally focused City of Sydney offering to market.

“I am incredibly impressed with the QMS vision for this most prestigious OOH platform. Their leadership in digital, data and accountability, combined with a firm focus on advertiser needs are exactly what the City needs in a partner to pursue its bold strategy for the future.

“I am looking forward to working with a growing team to deliver something truly world class for the OOH industry here in Australia.”

QMS will continue to make further appointments in preparation for the launch of its City of Sydney asset in the second half of the year.

The new offering is set to give marketers new opportunities to reach consumers through a digitally focussed network.
