Social media and online community management company Quiip has launched Quillion, a social media monitoring and measurement offering designed to complement the company’s existing online management and moderation services.
Speaking to Mumbrella, Quiip general manager Julie Delaforce described Quillion as a “one part listening and analytics tools and another part data wrangling”.
“The main ingredient is Quiip’s team of community managers. Our team apply their extensive experience and working knowledge of online audience to build insightful reports that brands can use to action changes to their social media, marketing and business initiatives to achieve critical objectives,” Delaforce said.
Delaforce: Quillion is a “four-fold offering”
Quillion comprises a range of listening, monitoring and alert systems that are combined with the expertise of Quiip strategists, researchers and analysts who analyse the information generated on social networks, blogs and forums.
It is designed to make sense of the data being created across social networks and then make recommendations that enable clients to better understand the real impact of their social media efforts.
Delaforce said Quillion is a “four-fold offering”, providing clients with services across monitoring, measurement, management and moderation.
“Quillion offers brands and organisations a comprehensive reporting suite across keyword listening and channel performance analytics,” she said.
“The reporting is complemented by Quiip’s team of community managers who are able to translate the reports into active monitoring and management of social media presences to improve efficiency and effectiveness during campaigns, mitigate risk during crises or be an active part of always on conversations.”
There is no obligation for clients to sign up to Quiip, with Quillion having already signed six clients, the Sydney Writer’s Festival.
“By the end of FY 2017 I forecast Quillion will contribute significantly to Quiip’s bottom line,” Delaforce said.
“Having talked to current clients and leads there is strong interest in Quillion and its unique offering. “
Delaforce said Quillion is a flexible offering with no set process allowing it to meet the needs of customers.
“For some we conduct a morning check and deliver a summary of the last 24 hour’s activity highlighting risks or recommending content ideas or we can more simply set up alerts based on sentiment, mentions or other key trends,” she said.
