Radisson Hotel Group appoints Accenture as experience agency

Global management consulting company, Accenture, has been appointed by the Raddisson Hotel Group as its global experience agency.

The appointment will see Accenture grow the Raddison Hotel Group’s digital presence and improve its digital experience.

Accenture will handle the digital marketing accounts for Radisson Hotel Group’s brands including Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Park Inn by Radisson and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson.

Remy Merckx, VP of digital at Radisson Hotel Group, said in a statement: “In a crowded hospitality space, Radisson Hotel Group is striving to differentiate itself from the rest through personalised and meaningful experiences, and making every moment matter for our guests – starting from a simple Google search to a memorable stay at one of our hotels, post-stay engagement and loyalty.”

In May last year, Accenture bought creative agency The Monkeys and design business Maud.
