RAPP Sydney appoint Rob Voase as CRM planning director

DDB’s data-driven customer experience agency RAPP Sydney has appointed Rob Voase as CRM planning director.

RAPP Sydney, DDB’s data-driven customer experience agency is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Voase to the role of CRM Planning Director.

Rob joins the team from the UK where he has gained a wealth of experience in data-driven strategies with most recently leading the planning and implementation of Disney and Marvel CRM programs at The Walt Disney Company.

Previous to this, Rob worked with brands such as Vodafone, Games Stores Group and Activision developing expertise within reward / loyalty programs, eCRM, retention strategies, data planning and customer insights positioning him as a perfect fit for the full-service agency.

Rob noted, “Moving from a client side background to an agency environment provides me with the opportunity to bring a diverse and fresh perspective to a great agency that has an unparalleled reputation, having been in the industry for over 50 years. ”
