Rate My Agent launches first brand campaign via SDWM

Rate My Agent, a website that allows Australians to rate and review real estate agents, has launched its first brand campaign for consumers, via SDWM.

In the campaign video, reviews appear as speech bubble-shaped balloons that attach themselves to the arms of a real estate agent, elevating her until she begins to float away.

Rate My Agent CEO, Mark Armstrong, said it was the right time for the brand to launch its first consumer brand campaign.

“It is the right time in Rate My Agent’s growth to really put us on the map with homeowners,” he said.

“People already use reviews for daily purchases – it makes sense to do the same for one of life’s biggest financial decisions. ‘Real Reviews That Help You Choose’ is exactly what we offer homeowners and this campaign will help us stand out in a busy media environment.”

SDWM founder Elle Bullen, said the brief was to capture the true power of local reviews.

“We illustrated this by bringing reviews into the real world,” she explained.

“Powered by people, reviews help the best agents rise to the top – literally – making it easy to find a trusted agent.”

Media buying for the campaign will be executed by Match & Wood.

Match & Wood managing partner, Chris O’Keefe, said: “We loved the challenge of working with Rate My Agent from the earliest stages of the campaign through to launch, and we’re excited for consumers to see, hear and interact with the campaign over the next few months.”

The campaign can be seen across radio, outdoor, social media and digital.
