Reactive picks up new business

Digital agency Reactive has won eight new clients. This follows the launch of its Auckland office earlier this year.

The announcement:

Global digital agency, Reactive has gone back to its co-owners’ New Zealand roots by opening an Auckland office earlier this year to better service the firm’s New Zealand based clients and to grow its customer base across the Tasman. Since its New Zealand launch the company has won eight new clients including Charles Parsons, Consortium and Freeview.

Reactive’s new Auckland office has recently won the digital marketing business for the Charles Parsons Group, which is involved in the manufacture and distribution of textiles, garments and homewares. Reactive’s role is to enable this highly successful trans-Tasman company to make better use of digital.

Reactive is working closely with Consortium on a program of work that delivers an extended content focused marketing campaign for AUT, New Zealand’s fastest growing university.

Having worked with Reactive’s Australian business for over two years, entertainment group SKYCITY is delighted that Reactive can now provide the company with local service in New Zealand for its entertainment and gaming businesses’ websites. SKYCITY operates casinos in Auckland, Hamilton and Queenstown alongside a variety of industry-leading restaurants and bars, luxury hotels and convention centres.

In addition, many of Reactive Australia’s retail clients are trans-Tasman and Reactive can now service them locally including Dotti, Jeanswest, Rip Curl and Cue Clothing.

Joint Managing Directors of Reactive, Tim O’Neill and Tim Fouhy are both Kiwi’s, who studied in Wanganui and then moved to Melbourne after graduating, setting-up Reactive thirteen years ago.

“Setting up an office in our native New Zealand fulfils a long-held goal of my co-owner Tim Fouhy and I to return to our Kiwi roots. We like to think of it as the ‘brain drain’ in reverse as we’ve been away, but now we have returned home,” said Tim O’Neill, Joint Managing Director, Reactive.

Reactive has recruited Richard Ram as its Auckland General Manager, who has previously worked at Telecom, Vodafone and Shift.

“Since opening the Auckland office for Reactive, we’ve been busy with new business enquiries from companies who’ve heard about the firm’s reputation, which we have earned in Australia and the UK,” said Richard Ram, Gene

“We are really looking forward to working with our new and existing clients to give them a better service within New Zealand,” continued Mr Ram.

Reactive is a global digital agency with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland and London that specialises in providing digital solutions to a wide range of clients. Current clients include Fosters Group, Tesco, Rip Curl, British Airways, Cue Clothing, Spotless Group, Bras N Things, Origin Energy, Jeanswest and General Pants Group.
