Research firm Nature makes promotions, adds new leadership team

Strategic insights consultancy Nature has announced four promotions of executives to director roles, creating a new senior leadership team.

The new leadership team consists of Emma Tommasini, Sharon Spargo, Adrian Compton-Cook and Nick Tucker, who will work closely with Nature’s partners on the company’s day-to-day operations, strategy and future direction.

Chris Crook, Nature’s managing partner, said: “We’ve created the new role of director to provide even greater long-term career growth paths for our people, particularly those seeking to become involved in strategic and tactical business matters alongside the partnership group.”

Emma Tommasini joined Nature as a senior consultant in 2016 and is now managing five consultants and a portfolio of clients.

Sharon Spargo joined in 2019, taking the role of operations leader in addition to senior associate director, responsible for ISO accreditation, systems, processes, new staff on-boarding, COVID compliance and return to office protocols.

Adrian Compton-Cook has been with Nature since 2009 while Nick Tucker joined Nature in January this year from Kantar New York.

“The senior leadership team will act as a key conduit between the managing directors of our Melbourne and Sydney practices, as well as being heavily involved in decision making across a range of matters,” said Crook.

Nature has also announced the promotion of Lizi Pritchard to senior associate director of the company’s Sydney team, and Melbourne-based Scott Watson to senior associate director of
advanced analytics.

This news follows on from another recent senior restructuring, with the announcement of Matthew Hutton and Ryan Stephens hired in consultancy roles in October 2020.
