Richards Rose has filled its recently vacated head of strategy role, with Dennis Hurley set to head up strategy at the indie creative agency.

Hurley’s appointment follows an international search, after Jody Elson departed the agency in December to take on the role of chief strategy officer at 303 MullenLowe.
