Ronan Keating joins cast of Seven’s upcoming All Together Now
Former Boyzone band member and judge on the now defunct The X Factor Australia, Ronan Keating, will head up the panel of 100 judges for Seven’s upcoming singing contest show All Together Now.
The show has already announced Julia Zemiro as host and will premiere on Seven soon.
Seven also announced Rhonda Burchmore will join the judging panel – who will be housed in a six-storey high set piece.

Seven hasn’t looked closely at their judge selection. Alex Reid [Edited under Mumbrella’s comment moderation policy]

Is FremantleMedia involved in this as well? If so will we have the same formulaic scripted meltdowns, tears, humiliation and rehearsed “spontaneous emotional behind the scenes family interviews.” Will they also be demanding the same restrictive 360 contracts with the “talent?” Seems to be the same formula delivered with a different shovel: sacrificing (cannon fodder) hopefuls to the whims of some judges hoping to reinvigorate their fading media profiles, while making the producers (in UK) piles of filthy lucre. Youtube has lots of videos from former “talent show” contestants who, breaking contractual gag orders, reveal what *really* goes on. Well worth watching, then try not being cynical.
One of the judges has a very colourful past:

We watch the show but can I PLEASE make a suggestion to make this show GREAT and DIFFERENT.
Could all the performers sin new and original songs. It would launch careers and be much more entertaining for the viewers.
As I said – just a suggestion but it’s really worth taking a look at and would stand the show aside from all of Simon Cowell’s shows etc.
Imagine launching number one hits – the exposure for new artists would be outstanding and you would get the chance to choose the very best from rehearsals.
Thanks for listening
