Ros Reeves appointed ARN chief people officer
ARN has named Ros Reeves as chief people officer to lead its national people & culture function.

ARN has announced the appointment of Ros Reeves as chief people officer, joining the company’s executive leadership team to lead ARN’s national people & culture function.
Ros brings more than 25 years of experience driving cultural transformation and organisational change across the media, entertainment, and corporate sectors. Known for her commercially focused approach and strategic partnership with CEOs and boards, Ros has held senior roles with Mulpha Australia, Eye Corp, and Network Ten, and led her own consulting practice advising clients including Football Federation Australia and V8 Supercars.
As chief people officer, Ros will be responsible for shaping and implementing a modern, business-aligned people strategy that supports growth, innovation, and cultural consistency across all parts of ARN. Reporting directly to ARN CEO Michael Stephenson, she will play a key role in building leadership capability, driving workforce agility, and strengthening ARN’s values-led culture.

These appointments follow recently announced promotions within ARN’s executive leadership team, including Richard Hunwick to chief sales officer and Ben Campbell to chief digital & technology officer, together reinforcing ARN’s focus on growth, innovation, and leadership excellence across the business.
