SA Government $21m media pitch tipped to be a two horse race between MEC and Starcom
The race for the master media buying contract for The South Australian Government is tipped to be a showdown between incumbents MEC and Starcom.
Tenders on the $21m media account were opened in November with a submissions date of December 24.
Mumbrella understands that pitch presentations will be in early February with the two incumbent agencies again set to duke it out over what is one of South Australia’s largest media accounts.
Currently MEC holds the campaign component of the account, with Starcom holding the smaller non-campaign component after losing the wider account back in 2010.
