SAGE workshops finalised with sessions on business legalities and selling your agency

Mumbrella’s SAGE conference for independent agency executives has completed its workshop lineup. Joining the workshop program is DVM Law’s Stephen Digby and Stephen von Muenster, and The Leach Partnership’s Sangeeta and William Leach.

They will lead tailored masterclass-style sessions that will give participants practical advice on significant challenges and opportunities independent agencies face.

DVM Law’s Stephen Digby and Stephen von Muenster will explore the challenges of expanding an agency

Digby and von Muenster will look at the keys for success, particularly the legal, practical and commercial considerations that arise at various points in the lifecycle of independent agencies. With businesses in growth phases also entering times of considerable vulnerability, the DVM Law founders will provide tailored insights for agencies from a legal and business perspective.

Meanwhile, the Leach’s will address one of the biggest opportunities of any independent agency – selling the business. They will provide practical information on how to build a business that will be attractive to potential acquirers and will reveal five key strategies that will make an independent agency more valuable.

SAGE is the first time that Mumbrella has dedicated a large part of a conference program to masterclass workshops. Lasting an hour each, workshop leaders will take the time to look closely at their specific subject matter and will have time to take more detailed questions from participants about their current business issues.
