While Bachelor and Bachelorette winner Sam Frost is about to embark on a new radio career, Dr Mumbo is concerned that she’s allowing her professional profile as a marketer fall behind.
It looks to Dr Mumbo like she hasn’t touched her LinkedIn profile in months.
Unless, that is, she’s planning on continuing to pop in to Mornington Peninsula Gardens & Lifestyle Magazine after she comes off air on 2Day FM each day. After all, it’s always good to have something to fall back on.
Interestingly she also claims to have been educated by BMW Australia – a sign she’ll be advertiser friendly maybe?

Too busy to update your profile is one thing, but a big problem on LinkedIn is ‘profile creep’ where people go back and change their official titles in their previous employment to tailor a new set of skills to their target profession. Change your junior-ish role into a mid to senior role and nobody seems to notice and the new titles become fact.
No one checks it, or questions it as there is no system for flagging lies on LinkedIn.
Hilarious are the people linked up to fake profiles that are blindly endorsing the fakers for abilities that they don’t have. Your endorsements have no value now and you’ve devalued yourself.
