Sandilands on top for all the wrong reasons
Kyle Sandilands, the 2DayFM host, has managed to make it onto another top ten list this week – and all for the wrong reasons.
The outspoken Sydney radio presenter and former Australian Idol judge made it on the Mumbrella top ten Marketing Disasters of the Year for THAT lie detector debacle and insensitive remarks about comedian Magda Szubanski losing weight in a concentration camp.
He has since topped the list in The Daily Telegraph’s Celebrity Scandal of the Year.
Dr Mumbo is now placing bets on just how many top ten lists the shamed presenter will find himself on before the year’s end.
Kyle Sandilands is the blandest thing to call itself a celebrity ever. Shame on anyone for including him on any list. Please can he just go away? The more you talk about him and his ‘scandals’ the more some marketing tool will rationalise the ‘talk’ as something positive & therefore keep him around. Take a redneck and stick a mike in his hand and suddenly his goonball mumblings become ‘scandal’. (Yes more inverted commas) rather than just goonball mumblings by a fool. Please can we just allow him to be just a fool?… Please?
