Scott Barnes joins Ensemble as head of partnerships

Scott BarnesEnsemble Australia has named former general manager of STW Group sports and sponsorship business Subnine Scott Barnes as head of partnerships  as the agency looks to accelerate its client relationships with right holders, major event operators and media owners.

Barnes most recently has been the head of sports, partnerships and activation for STW Group’s Ikon after Subnine was merged with the agency in 2012. He’s worked with STW Group for nearly nine years.

Ensemble CEO Justin Ricketts said: “Scott brings us a wealth of experience in sports and entertainment sponsorships that will help build on the great momentum we currently have in this space.

“Partnerships are a key business focus for Ensemble in 2015 and we have many exciting new clients and initiatives to announce across the next few months”

In August last year creative agency Airborne was folded into fellow IPG Mediabrands agency Ensemble, as the group looked to reposition the branded content agency as a full service creative outfit.
