Sefiani wins communications account for trading and investment platform Etoro

Sefiani has been appointed as the communications agency of record for asset trading and investment platform Etoro, following a competitive pitch process.

The agency has been tasked with developing a communications plan for Etoro that improves the financial literacy amongst the brand’s growing user base.

Etoro has appointed Sefiani to its communications as it looks to build its Australian presence

Etoro gives its users access to international shares, commodities and cryptocurrencies.

Robert Francis, Etoro Australia managing director, said that the appointment of Sefiani came as the company is looking to build its presence in Australia.

“Sefiani’s valuable combination of skill sets appealed to us: its strong investor experience and insights, solid knowledge of trading in a range of asset classes and experience in promoting disruptive platforms and solutions was exactly what we were looking for in an agency,” Francis said.

Sefiani director, Sarah Craig, said: “Today, Etoro has more than 11m registered users globally who belong to an active online investment community where members share their knowledge and insights. Etoro is an industry disruptor and has placed a new level of investor power within the hands of everyday Australians.”

Recently, Sefiani appointed Jenneth Orantia to group account director, leading a range of its financial and professional services and business technology clients.

Last year, the agency won the PR account for accounting software Xero.
