Entertainment network Seven announced the appointment of Emelia Millward as Head of Research
Seven’s Chief Sales and Digital Officer, Kurt Burnette, said:
“Emelia is acknowledged as one of the industry’s best. We’re delighted she has agreed to join Seven as we build on our leadership in television.

solutions and programme insights. She will lead a well-credentialled team at Seven and joins us at a great time as we build our television business across our digital broadcast platform.”
Ms Millward joins Seven from SBS where she was Head of Research and Insights for the past eight years. In this role, she led a team providing insights to the content marketing, corporate strategy and sales divisions in SBS and the STVDIO and World Movies subscription television channels.
Prior to this, Ms Millward was Head of Consumer Insight, Marketing at Foxtel for five years, leading a team of analysts providing insights and analytics for marketing and sales. She has also held senior research roles at AC Nielsen in Sydney and at CNN, Cartoon Network and Turner Classic Movies in London.
